Executive Director
Charles Moreland, BS, CSCS

Charles Moreland is the original co-founder of Rochester Parkour. He is an RIT alum with a bachelor’s degree in Fine Art and Exercise Physiology.
In addition to the parkour gym, Charles is also a personal trainer at RIT and is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with hundreds of previous clients. He was a gymnastics coach for several years at a local gymnastics gym and also holds a 1st degree black belt in taekwondo.
Charles has been teaching parkour to the Rochester community since 2008 for free via the Manhattan Square Park Saturday jams.
Operations Manager
Graham Musler, LMT, CMTPT, CFS, EMT
Graham is one of the original members of Rochester Parkour and has devoted numerous hours of hard work to ensure that community events happen smoothly.
Graham is a licensed massage therapist and trigger point therapist and uses his skills for the betterment of the RocPK community. He is also trained in numerous forms of martial arts which helps diversify the teaching and instruction we have.
Much of the RocPK gym equipment is Graham’s handy work.

Assistant Instructor
Andrew Salmon
Andrew is also one of the original community members and has been with RocPK since 2008. He graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2010 and currently works as an aide for handicapped persons.
Andrew is the main kids instructor for Rochester Parkour and knows how to get kids excited and having fun while working hard.
