Join RocPK at the Rochester Museum and Science Center!

Greetings all,

Want to volunteer an hour or two this weekend to help out Rochester Parkour? Here’s a wonderful opportunity!

This weekend, December 10th and 11th, Rochester Parkour will be at the Rochester Museum and Science Center to participate in their Personal Fitness weekend. We’ll be there along with a bunch of other small health organizations that are devoted to increasing the health and fitness of the Rochester community. All you need to do is show up and tell people about how awesome parkour is! Below is a sign in sheet for hour long blocks. Please email back with a desired time-slot. If you have any further questions, please email charles@rochesterparkour.com.
